Returns
- 30 days to return unused gear for a full refund, no questions asked.
- Returns are free in store; by mail we email you a prepaid label ($6.50 is deducted from the refund).
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving.
- Rental gear bought within 30 days of a rental gets the rental fee credited.
Warranty & repairs
If something we sold you fails in normal use within a year, we repair or replace it. After that, our repair bench will fix it at cost.
